The Role

The Senior Manager, Learning & Inclusion leads our Learning & Development and DEIB learning portfolio, from manager development and instructional design to DEI learning and employee listening. This role combines deep L&D expertise with a genuine, embedded commitment to inclusion — someone who sees DEIB not as a standalone initiative, but as a design principle woven through every program we build.

We're looking for a seasoned L&D leader, ideally with experience running a full L&D function, who brings real depth in instructional design and curriculum development, and who can personally take programs from concept to a finished, polished product. You're also an experienced people leader who develops team members and grows individual contributors into stronger, more capable professionals — while staying hands-on with content and delivery when the work calls for it. You'll partner closely with the Senior Director of Talent to shape and evolve our learning and inclusion strategy together.

Responsibilities

Learning Programs & Development

  • Own execution of company-wide learning programs: design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Lead manager development programs and help build core learning pathways for ICs across the organization
  • Lead instructional design and curriculum development personally, taking programs from concept through finished, polished product, and setting that standard for the team
  • Oversee content curation across internal and external resources, including our Sana LMS platform and Udemy
  • Set the learning design standard across ILT, virtual, self-paced, and blended content; serve as final quality owner before content reaches employees
  • Evolve our learning measurement approach beyond completion rates toward more meaningful indicators of impact, and report program health to leadership

DEIB Programming & Inclusion

  • Own delivery of annual DEI learning sessions and cultural training for international audiences
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Talent to shape and execute DEIB strategy, embedding it throughout the learning and development lifecycle
  • Champion inclusive design as a core principle across all learning initiatives, not an isolated program

ERG Communities & Employee Listening

  • Own strategic relationships with ERG leaders, providing consistent resources and support
  • Design and facilitate employee listening sessions; partner with the Senior Director of Talent on survey design and co-own action-planning from resulting themes and data

Team Leadership

  • Manage a large, fast-moving portfolio of concurrent deliverables with sound prioritization under tight timelines
  • Develop the L&D team by providing direction, quality oversight, and growth opportunities for ICs
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Talent to shape learning methodology and strategy

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in L&D leadership, ideally having run a full, end-to-end Learning & Development function
  • Hands-on instructional design expertise: skilled at taking programs from concept to finished, polished content, decks, and curricula
  • Experienced people manager passionate about mentoring and developing team members into senior roles
  • Deep experience owning DEIB programming and fostering Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and employee communities
  • Embedded inclusive design philosophy — treats inclusion as a core design principle across all initiatives
  • High action orientation, comfortable driving fast-paced, reliable execution in partnership with strategic leadership
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with credibility to engage audiences up to executive leadership
  • Skilled at building measurement frameworks to quantify L&D outcomes and communicate impact to stakeholders
  • Low-ego, collaborative operator who partners effectively across complex, matrixed teams under tight timelines

Bonus Points

Certification in coaching or DEI is a plus; CCL (Center for Creative Leadership) facilitator certification preferred; Insights certification preferred.
