Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Renewals leads a team of Renewals Representatives focused on driving customer retention and maximizing Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This role emphasizes operational excellence, team development, and execution of renewal strategies to ensure revenue targets are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to optimize the renewal process, identify growth opportunities within the install base, and maintain strong alignment across functions. This position requires a balance of people leadership, process rigor, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

In this role, you will…
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewals Representatives to achieve and exceed GRR and NRR targets.
• Drive accountability through clear goals, performance metrics, and regular coaching sessions.
• Translate segment-level strategies into actionable plans for the team, ensuring consistent execution.
• Oversee account planning, pipeline management, and opportunity qualifications to maintain operational rigor.
• Monitor team performance, analyze trends, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure alignment and optimize the renewal workflow.
• Identify and communicate incremental growth opportunities within the existing customer base.

You have what it takes if you have…

• 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or related revenue roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams that meet or exceed retention and revenue goals.
• Strong operational skills with experience implementing processes and driving accountability.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to empower team members.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
