Job Overview:
The Senior Sales Excellence & Programs Manager is responsible for building or sourcing and customizing, facilitating, implementing, and sustaining the Coursera sales methodology and associated skills training. In addition, you will partner with the Product Marketing organization to support product training launches, battle cards, etc, ensuring that product and process training is aligned to the sales methodology. As a sales excellence manager, you will act as a liaison and field coach in your region, engaging with local sales management and serving as the eyes/ears of enablement in the region.
This role reports to the Revenue Operations team within Coursera’s Enterprise Solutions. The Enterprise Solutions team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and nonprofits, who seek to up-skill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best education. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Source/build and facilitate sales skills and methodology training to global revenue team members
- Partner with Product Marketing to facilitate product training and materials that align with the methodology
- Function as the certified expert on Coursera’s methodology and application; evaluate and coach managers and revenue team members on usage
- Embed the methodology into the sales culture and align other organizational behavioral drivers to support usage
- Gauge methodology usage and impact
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, RevOps, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience implementing and sustaining sales methodology and skills programs on a global scale
- Experience adapting training delivery, both formally and on-the-fly, for different cultures, geographies, and role types
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous certifications in commercial sales methodologies
- Previous experience as a quota-carrying sales professional
- Experience using LMS technology to administer curricula, assign courseware

The range(s) listed above are the expected annual base salaries for this role, subject to change.
Salary is just one component of Coursera’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for a bonus program and equity in the form of RSUs.
A number of factors are taken into account when determining pay, which include: job level, location, training/education, business need, skill set, and internal equity.
