This role is Remote, United States

The Senior Manager of Services Engineering & Programs is responsible for designing and scaling repeatable, outcome-driven services offerings aligned to product strategy and customer needs.

This role partners closely with Product, Sales, and Delivery to ensure services offerings are clearly defined, effectively positioned in the market, and delivered consistently at scale. It bridges strategy and execution by translating product capabilities into structured services programs that drive adoption, customer value, and business impact.
This is a high-impact, execution-oriented role focused on building scalable services offerings and enabling the field to deliver them successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product & Services Alignment
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define how services offerings align to product capabilities and roadmap
  • Translate product features and releases into clear services opportunities and delivery approaches
  • Ensure services are positioned to drive product adoption and customer outcomes
  1. Services Offering Program Ownership
  • Own the development and scaling of services offerings
  • Mobilize and coordinate a virtual Services SME network to define standards of excellence and contribute deep domain expertise
  • Leverage SME expertise to codify best practices and define “what good looks like” across priority offerings
  • Translate offerings into repeatable delivery models, playbooks, and execution frameworks
  • Pilot offerings with regions and customers and refine based on real-world execution
  • Ensure offerings are designed for consistency, scalability, and partner delivery
  1. Go-to-Market & Field Enablement
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to define positioning, messaging, and packaging of services offerings
  • Enable the field to effectively sell and position services, improving attach rates and consistency
  • Support strategic deals with offering expertise and solution alignment
  1. Delivery Methodology
  • Define delivery approaches for priority offerings to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
  • Develop and standardize implementation frameworks, templates, and delivery artifacts aligned to specific offerings
  • Establish clear delivery standards and expectations, with adoption reinforced through regional leadership and enablement
  • Define requirements for systems and tools (e.g., PSA, Services Delivery Tool) to support methodology and desired outcomes
  • Ensure methodology, tooling, and execution are aligned to drive efficiency, predictability, and time-to-value
  1. Outcome Alignment & Performance
  • Define success metrics for services offerings aligned to customer outcomes and business impact
  • Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure services are designed and delivered to drive measurable value

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Professional Services, Services Engineering, or Delivery Excellence in SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Proven experience designing and scaling services offerings or delivery models
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into practical, executable programs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
  • Deep understanding of services delivery realities and customer lifecycle
