Our LEGO Agency (OLA) delivers best-in-class, insightful campaigns across the LEGO Group. With global development led from HQ in Billund, Denmark, our network spans offices in Copenhagen, Boston, London, Singapore and Shanghai.
OLA Boston plays a key role in both global and local campaign development, spanning strategy through execution. Our remit includes delivering global campaigns and market activations for US and North America, and global seasonal campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
- Establish a high-performing integrated team within a critical new capability supporting the evolving the creative.
- Partner with the Creative Director to drive creative excellence and executional impact across all touchpoints.
- Lead end-to-end production across video, print, events, and digital, ensuring agility, on-time delivery, and within budget.
- Scale efficiently by building and managing a trusted network of vendors and freelancers, including contract negotiations and relationship management.
- Own and evolve agency operations – establishing new ways of working to ensure smooth, scalable daily delivery.
- Work in close collaboration with the Creative Ops & Projects Managers
- Champion the production discipline within the Boston OLA team, representing team needs, navigating collaboration, and balancing opinions for the best outcomes.
- Strong professional network of freelancers and contacts for external inspiration
- Collaborate across functions and markets – earning trust, fostering ambition, and building creative momentum.
- Actively foster a culture of creative excellence, collaboration, and humility ‘LEGO over ego’ is at the heart of how we work.
Do you have what it takes?
- You are inclusive and inspirational with a demonstrable track record in leading production teams with diverse skills in an agency network or in-house function, who has delivered impactful and innovative 360 campaigns
- You are a contemporary agency team leader passionate about the new media landscape, experience in tier one Global agencies
- Dedicated and nice – you’re a great teammate with strong team building and culture setting skills admired for your values and generosity to others
- Deep knowledge of agency operations and production tools.
- Excellent relationship management – with creatives, vendors, and clients.
- Strategic problem solver with a practical, solutions-first mentality.
- You are influential and open - capable of working alongside senior marketing partners bringing them on a fun learning journey to create ever more ambitious ideas
- Highly collaborative with strong senior partner management skills
- Interested in agile methods of working, able to navigate uncertainty resulting in a tangible outcomes

- This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO Group colleagues to be and do their best at work. This 3 day in the office hybrid working model will exemplify our People Promise by embracing the different life situations of our colleagues.

CompensationThe salary for this position has a range of $124,706.00 - $187,060.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
