The Senior Product Manager will lead AI-driven internal productivity initiatives across the organization. They will collaborate with diverse teams, including curriculum development, customer support, product management, engineering, design, and educator professional development, to identify workflows, pain points, and opportunities for meaningful AI integration. The goal is to enhance the organization's ability to deliver exceptional educational experiences. This role combines traditional product management expertise with strategic thinking about prioritizing competing projects and making informed build vs. buy decisions to maximize organizational impact. Essential Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI initiatives, balancing long-term innovation with short-term tactical success.
- Emerging Technology Exploration: Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends, assessing their potential impacts on business processes and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate cross-functional discussions to foster collaboration and resource alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Change Management & Adoption: Implement change management strategies to ensure successful AI integration and prioritize user adoption in existing workflows.
- Technical Communication: Translate complex AI concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and buy-in.
- Product Development & Optimization: Lead the product development lifecycle, from user research to implementation, and conduct workflow analysis to enhance AI integration.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop product roadmaps, addressing competing priorities to maximize organizational impact and value.
- Vendor Evaluation & Strategic Decision Making: Evaluate vendor solutions versus in-house capabilities, making strategic recommendations based on effectiveness and fit.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping successful products
- Bachelors degree in a related field of study
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies and understanding of their practical applications in business contexts
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact assessment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise or productivity contexts
- Background in workflow optimization, process improvement, or operational efficiency
- Experience with vendor management and technology procurement processes
- Familiarity with customer support, engineering, or design team workflows
- Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI implementation
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
