Job Summary
As a Cross-Functional Program Manager, you will collaborate with engineering leadership to advance key software modernization efforts for our CI/CD platform. This role requires strong program and project management skills, a good understanding of software development processes, the ability to communicate effectively to senior management, and coordinate with diverse teams across the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure project plans align with broader organizational goals. Develop roadmaps and guide teams toward achieving their plans using agile best practices
  2. Facilitate collaboration with diverse product teams to manage change and dependencies seamlessly.
  3. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, and develop contingency plans in partnership with development leads to minimize impact
  4. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparency and informed decision-making
  5. Drive continuous improvement by leading problem-solving activities, streamlining processes, and promoting the adoption of standards and best practices.
  6. Define and leverage metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications
  1. Technical degree in Engineering, Math, or Science
  2. Good understanding of CI/CD systems; Ability to actively participate in and contribute to technical discussions
  3. Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, even without direct authority
  4. Experience leading initiatives and driving change across multiple teams and departments
  5. Experience with Agile software development practices
  6. Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence
