One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development in United States.
We’re seeking an experienced and creative Senior Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and execution of impactful learning and development initiatives. In this role, you’ll create high-quality programs that support leadership growth, skill development, and organizational effectiveness. From new manager onboarding to interview training and group coaching, you’ll build and manage end-to-end learning experiences that shape a culture of continuous development. You'll collaborate with People teams, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless and learner-centric approach across the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of learning programs, including planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
  • Build engaging learning content such as training decks, job aids, and asynchronous resources
  • Design and facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences that drive engagement and skill-building
  • Coach individuals and teams on development planning, feedback, and growth opportunities
  • Measure program effectiveness using data and learner feedback to inform improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other People teams to deliver integrated development offerings
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the L&D roadmap and strategy

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success managing learning programs from ideation to implementation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Confident and engaging facilitator with experience delivering both live and virtual sessions
  • Skilled in building asynchronous learning content using modern tools and formats
  • Comfortable working with learning metrics, survey data, and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Highly collaborative, learner-centric, and inclusive in your approach
  • Bonus: Experience in high-growth or startup environments, coaching certification, or knowledge of LMS platforms and tools like Notion, Articulate, and Zoom
