About the role
To keep us operating at our best, weâre looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Platform team. In this role, youâll work closely with our VP of Engineering to drive our operating rhythm, ensure smooth execution, and strengthen collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

- Drive the Platform pillarâs operating rhythm: OKRs, planning, metrics, and reporting.
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and decision-making across teams.
- Organize off-sites, all-hands, and social events that strengthen leadership and team culture.
- Oversee pillar-wide processes, including talent management and follow-ups.
- Partner with engineers, TPMs, and leadership to align on technical initiatives.
- Translate technical updates into clear, actionable communication.
- Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and surface blockers early.
You have...
- 5+ years in program management, or similar roles within an engineering org
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and partner effectively with engineers.
- Self-directed, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- B.S./M.S. degree or equivalent experience.
- Willing to work in or relocate to New York, NY.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Exceptional candidates will have...
- Experience as a program manager in a technical org.
- Prior exposure to platform or infrastructure teams.
- 10+ years of relevant program/operations management experience.
- Familiarity with distributed teams and global operations.
- Background in technical environments such as software engineering or systems.
