How can you make an Impact?

The Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Systems is a senior, hands‑on delivery leader accountable for the end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale, multi‑phase enterprise application and business transformation programs. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology execution, and organizational change, this role drives predictable delivery, transparency, and measurable value realization across complex, global initiatives.

The SPM owns full accountability for program outcomes—scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and benefits—while acting as a trusted partner to executive sponsors. This is not a coordination role; it is a highly visible leadership position requiring decisive execution, strong governance, critical thinking, decision making and the ability to scale delivery across enterprise platforms, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you'll do:

  • Lead large, complex enterprise programs or portfolios aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Own the full program lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, stabilization, and value realization.
  • Define and govern integrated roadmaps, master schedules, critical paths, dependencies, resource plans, and delivery strategies across business and technology workstreams.
  • Maintain end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and business outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformations and implementations involving ERP, CRM, ecommerce, revenue management, digital platforms, and enterprise data solutions.
  • Establish and manage program governance frameworks, including Steering Committees, stage gates, change control, financial oversight, escalations, and executive decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, SDLC controls, security, compliance, audit requirements, and delivery best practices.
  • Own RAID management, proactively identifying, mitigating, escalating, and resolving program risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
  • Drive execution excellence across all delivery phases, including design, build, testing, deployment, release readiness, and post-go-live support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to executive sponsors, providing concise reporting, actionable recommendations, transparent program health metrics, and value realization updates.
  • Build alignment across business and technology stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving consensus within a complex matrixed organization.
  • Lead global cross-functional delivery teams spanning business, IT, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, Security, Operations, Data, Change Management, and external partners.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and SAFe methodologies, tailoring delivery approaches to program complexity while balancing governance and execution needs.
  • Establish and leverage program performance metrics, dashboards, forecasting, and risk analytics to provide predictive insights and support informed decision-making.

What you bring to the role:

  • 10-12+ years of experience leading enterprise‑scale technology and business transformation programs. Proven success delivering complex digital transformation initiatives in large, global organizations. Tier‑1 consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred. PMP required or strongly preferred. Agile / SAFe certifications a plus; PgMP a differentiator.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E‑Business Suite, Salesforce, Zuora Revenue Management, Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica IICS, UiPath (RPA), OCI, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with Custom Application Development & Digital Platforms
  • PMO / PPM / Collaboration: Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365
  • Executive‑level presence with strong communication and influencing skills.
