We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role will be an essential part of our presale team, helping to communicate the value of LINQ’s standard Professional Services implementation methodology and team member credentials to potential clients across all of our product platforms. You will work closely with the Sales and Client Experience teams to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop a deep understanding of our implementation methodology and its value proposition. 
• Collaborate with the sales and professional services teams to identify opportunities to promote our methodology to potential clients. 
• Create and deliver compelling sales enablement content, including presentations, case studies, and sales tools, that highlight the benefits of our methodology. 
• Train and enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of our methodology to clients. 
• Work with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral that supports the sales enablement efforts. 
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve our sales enablement strategies and materials. 
• Enhance customer engagement and collaboration across departments. 
• Assist with customer handoffs and implementation support as required. 
• Address complex inquiries from clients and prospects. 
• Be prepared for travel, ranging from 50-75% and occasionally on short notice. 


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of engaging pre-sales consulting experience preferably with a focus on Services. 
• Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations with advanced audience engagement. 
• Strong project management skills. 
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. 
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment. 
• Strong team-oriented mindset. 
• Demonstrates exceptional cross-group collaboration and general management skills. 
• The ability to build relationships within an organization. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
