The System integration specialist will support application integrations across several business systems. The specialist will build and maintain application, API, data transfer, and EDI connections. This role will work with the business and technology leads to design, develop, solve, and maintain application integrations. Primary responsibilities include documenting and troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain services used in application integrations
  • Design integration solutions and detail the design following standard processes
  • Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
  • Support development on resolving system defects, acting as a liaison, and developing solutions
  • Coordinate directly with business users and business analysts to best understand and analyze business specifications
  • Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors
  • Document and manage current integrations

Basic Required Qualifications of the Senior Systems Integration Specialist:

  • Minimum five years of experience building systems integrations
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Informatica, etc
  • Proficient in crafting solutions within CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience writing web services, REST, or SOAP
  • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to follow procedures 
  • Experience writing clear, concise communications with the customer in mind
  • Experience with hands-on deployment, maintenance, and administration of integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-premise using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Systems Integration Specialist:

  • Hands-on deployment, maintenance, and administration of integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-premise using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
  • Previous experience managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing SOA Architecture and Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
  • Demonstrated ability to design and document software solutions
  • Strong familiarity with agile software development practices and tools
  • Experience with Data management, manipulation, and governance best practices 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Team player who is also able to operate independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively while delivering high-quality work
  • Experience with a variety of enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday)
  • Solution-oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines

The gross annualized salary range for this role is $104,000- $117,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
