| Job Duty | Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of departmental operations and goals in order to identify staffing needs. Develop recruitment plans and design various recruitment strategies to assist in filling positions. Source potential candidates through online channels and data mining (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Design, foster, and maintain effective long-term relationships with applicants, potential candidates, social and professional organizations and the community to build a pool of qualified, diverse active and passive talent. Research, collect and analyze a wide variety of complex information requests using internal and external resources for preparing and submitting various reports, such as time to fill, trends in talent availability, hiring practices and recruitment strategies. Leads management of the LinkedIn Recruiter platform to support talent acquisition strategies and optimize recruitment outreach. Acts as the primary point of contact for platform management and training. |
