Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of the Operational Technology stream for the new manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Technical Program Manager to align project goals and strategies.
- Represent the Automation & Digitalization / Shopfloor teams in engagement with vendors, suppliers, and site personnel, participate in scoping and contractual negotiations to ensure effective agreements within the area.
- Manage cross-functional project teams to successfully deploy Industry 4.0 technologies & initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with organizational goals and resource availability, engage with partners to gather requirements, provide regular updates and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Responsible for the integration of IIoT solutions and SCADA systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
- Work with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain effective OT cybersecurity measures
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address potential project challenges.

- You will join the Operational Technology Project team where we coordinate the planning and execution of technology projects across LEGO Manufacturing.
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of sophisticated manufacturing technologies in our new factory. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise and technical knowledge in Industry 4.0, Operational Technology (OT), and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects while possessing a strong understanding of SCADA systems and OT cybersecurity.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in project management, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong project-leading skills with global (non-hierarchical) teams, worked in a highly matrix environment, working with large cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and experience with AGILE, SCRUM and working with a product oriented approach delivering with iterative sprints.
- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, OT systems, IIoT, and SCADA.
- Experience with OT cybersecurity practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $124,194.00 - $186,292.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
