- Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, building and maintaining a strong, diverse pipeline across all locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements, align interview processes to real skill needs, and guide expectations using market insights.
- Use data to diagnose pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and make strategic recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.
- Drive top-of-funnel sourcing efforts (about 25â30% of your time), especially for niche or challenging roles, collaborating with sourcers on outreach and messaging.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, training interview teams, advising stakeholders, and ensuring every interaction reflects Duolingoâs values.
