Senior Technology Content Specialist Full Description

The Senior Technology Content Specialist supports Curriculum Associates' adoptions and proposals efforts by completing technology rubrics and forms required by states and districts, drafting and refining the technology sections of RFP narratives, and partnering with the Technology Content Manager to keep boilerplate content current, accurate, and aligned with product updates.
The impact you'll have:
  • Complete technology-related rubrics, forms, questionnaires, and compliance matrices required by states and districts, using existing approved content and ensuring accuracy against submission requirements
  • Draft, edit, and finalize the assigned technology sections of RFP narratives in coordination with proposal writers and subject matter experts
  • Support the Technology Content Manager in maintaining and updating the technology boilerplate library, ensuring content reflects current product capabilities, system requirements, and data security practices
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Legal, Infosec and other stakeholders to gather accurate, up-to-date technical information for rubric, questionnaire, and proposal use
  • Support ad hoc research requests related to state technology requirements, accessibility standards, or data privacy provisions relevant to bids and business needs
  • Assist with quality checks on final proposal documents to confirm technology section responses align with requirements
Who we're looking for:
  • Working knowledge of K-12 edtech product categories (LMS, SIS, assessment platforms, instructional software)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical product documentation, release notes, or specs from engineering/product teams
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams with competing needs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, and other standard business applications
Required Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience preferably in a K-12 education/publishing environment
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range - This role's range is $60,750 - $99,750. Actual base pay will vary based on prior experience and relevant skill sets. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan.
