About the role
As a Senior Trainer at Bullhorn, you’ll play a key role in empowering our customers to get the most out of Bullhorn’s industry-leading solutions. You’ll design and deliver engaging, high-impact software and product training that drives adoption, confidence, and measurable results. From live virtual sessions to tailored client workshops, you’ll bring our products to life, helping staffing and recruiting professionals work smarter, faster, and more effectively. 

A typical day will include...
  • Deliver engaging, world-class training sessions to Bullhorn customers via live virtual, on-demand, and in-person formats.
  • Develop and refine training materials, including presentations, exercises, and training scripts, to ensure consistency and clarity across all offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to stay up to date on new features, releases, and enhancements.
  • Translate complex software concepts into clear, customer-friendly learning experiences that drive product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Partner with customers to understand their workflows and tailor training to their specific needs and goals (as needed).
  • Mentor and support other trainers by sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement of Bullhorn’s training programs.
  • Act as a product expert and advocate, ensuring customers have a deep understanding of how Bullhorn can transform their business.

This role is a fit for you if…
  • 5–7 years of experience delivering software or product training, consulting, or implementation for SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of facilitating engaging, interactive learning experiences for diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex topics simple and relatable.
  • Experience using modern training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToTraining, Docebo, AI Content Development tools).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for helping customers succeed through education and empowerment.
  • Strong knowledge of Bullhorn products or hands-on experience within the staffing and recruiting industry is highly desired
