How you will make an impact: 
  • Lead all new employee education including design and facilitation of instructor-led orientation sessions, ownership of asynchronous new hire training catalog content, development and maintenance of onboarding job aids and resources for hiring managers and new employees, and coordination and project management of all onboarding learning opportunities.
  • Manage vendor instructor-led training programs, including contracting, logistics, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee Enterprise Learning instructor-led programs, including logistics, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate requests for new training programs including performing needs assessment and scoping, program design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Develop role-specific learning paths through needs assessment, content curation and/or development, implementation, and the ongoing evaluation and maintenance. 

What you need to be successful in this role: 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in instructional design, education, communications, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual instructor-led learning solutions with measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and influence content contributors and business partners.
  • Experience curating role-specific learning paths.
  • Strong track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and delivering on time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms (MS Teams, Webex, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, improve team practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Desired not required:
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications.
  • Proficiency with collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, SharePoint, LMS, etc.).
  • Proficiency with authoring and creative tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Articulate Review 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
