Responsibilities

Position Overview
Develop and coordinate teammate training, including creation of written and video materials, onboarding and annual training content, artificial intelligence (AI) education, and maintaining existing IT training library.
 
  • Design and prepare training and educational materials for teammates across the enterprise, including written and video content
  • Partner with various teams to plan and develop training content for both annual training and training for new processes and technology
  • Maintain updated training curriculum in Knowledge Base library
  • Create ServiceNow microsites, as needed, and train teammates to create microsites
  • Create AI-focused training for a broad range of knowledge across the enterprise
  • Code and/or roll out AI agents and align with AI Transformation and AI governance board to develop content, based on the company AI policy and approved technology
  • Track and analyze data to evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations or modifications, as needed
  • Research, develop, and implement new training strategies; research, learn, and recommend AI-specific training to help teammates leverage AI for success in their roles
  • Maintain and update required annual training courses
  • Manage the training process/approach for the IT department
  • Ensure company ROI on AI technology investments through teammate access to training adoption of AI technology
  • Lead lunch & learn/webinar-style training classes, as needed, for both individual teams and larger, enterprise-wide audiences

Qualifications
  • This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, or related field, plus 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Advanced SME in training on AI and how to apply AI training in corporate and clinical work environments
  • Well-versed in Copilot with certifications in Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT and similar technologies
  • Experienced in the ServiceNow platform and creating microsites
  • Experienced in Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot
  • Proficiency in Adobe
  • Ability to learn technology quickly to build appropriate training
  • Experience and ability to present training to large audiences and respond to questions from all levels, including C-suite leaders.
  • Ability to write and format training articles with supporting visuals (i.e. images, video)
