WHAT YOU'LL DO  
As a Senior Treasury Manager, you will provide critical support for treasury activities, lender calls and board materials. You will be responsible for performing daily treasury activities and coordinating with stakeholders. Your role will also support M&A activities. 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK  
This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS office.  

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 
  • Track cash balances on a daily basis and perform treasury activities. 
  • Provide robust quantitative analysis, cash forecasting, and modeling. 
  • Calculate and project leverage ratios. 
  • Manage relationships with key external service providers, such as Bank of America. 
  • Oversee the opening and closing of corporate accounts and perform reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. 
  • Maintain debt agreements, including handling debt payments, compliance calculations, and reporting. Conduct legal reviews of new agreements and negotiate business points for each debt tranche. 
  • Oversee the investment of excess funds and provide investment fund reporting for the Board. 
  • Maintain interest rate hedges by setting up accounting documentation, negotiating rates, assisting in complex analysis, and determining hedge levels and stakeholder scenarios. 
  • Complete corporate insurance applications and manage data analysis, including workers' compensation and real estate. Review and recommend insurance bids from multiple carriers. Serve as the point of contact for the insurance broker and handle claims that may arise (auto, personnel, etc.).  Implement and manage the Samba Safety driver program.
  • Collect and analyze data for lender and Board discussions, presenting it to the Treasurer in a Board-ready state. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to the Treasurer and key Finance leadership. Draft executive-level lender and Board presentations, ensuring completeness and accuracy. 
  • Assist with M&A, investment, and business development opportunities by preparing business cases, building financial models, and highlighting risks and opportunities. Conduct quantitative analysis for negotiations and deal execution, and support financial due diligence with key finance team members.  
  • Provide insights into business drivers and financial forecasts, and support cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating targets and partners. 
 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED 
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other areas combined with relevant work experience is preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • 10+ years of Finance and Accounting experience required. 
  • 5+ years Treasury experience required. 
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with treasury related activities. 
  • Must have familiarity with managed debt/credit facilities. 
  • Experience with interest rate hedging and risk management. 
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and financial risk management. 
  • Very high level of attention to detail and quality output. 
  • Ability to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. 
  • Comfortable working in an environment with frequent tight deadlines and ability to adapt to changing priorities.  
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Datawarehouse, Microsoft BI or Tableau background a plus.
