Guild is hiring a Senior Workplace Experience Associate. The Senior Workplace Experience Associate will support creating a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment by facilitating day-to-day office operations and employee experience initiatives.
This role involves welcoming office guests, managing high-volume front-office desk tasks and office resources, coordinating events, ensuring workplace safety and comfort, and supporting employees to enhance their overall experience. The Senior Associate will collaborate with the Employee Experience team to implement programs and initiatives that foster a vibrant and engaging workplace culture.
*This position is in-office five days per week without the ability to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Day-to-Day Office Operations: Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, and general office organization and stocking to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Assist with Workplace Experience Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of employee experience programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.(e.g. Guild Community Groups and Co-Working)
- Own vendor management process for in-office snacks and coffee, employee swag and store, and office maintenance.
- Support Workplace and full-company Events: Plan and support employee events, team-building activities, and workplace celebrations to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure Office Safety and Comfort: Monitor and maintain office safety protocols, including badging and access, cleanliness, and comfort, ensuring that the workplace is a safe and welcoming space for all employees. Liaise with building security and engineers as needed through Angus ticketing system.
- Manage Workplace Resources: Work closely in Workday, Zendesk, Envoy to manage office space, seating charts, meeting rooms, and floor plans, ensuring all resources are readily available and functional.
- Monitor Office Space Utilization and Gather Feedback: Track the use of office spaces and common areas, helping to optimize space usage and ensuring the workplace is conducive to collaboration and productivity. Collect employee feedback on workplace conditions and experiences, helping to identify areas for improvement and ensuring the workplace continues to meet their needs.
- Onsite Event Support: Assist with catering, room setup and breakdown, swag, and partner with Executives, Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, IT, Internal Comms, etc to deliver smooth, coordinated and well-executed events.
- Manage Workplace Communication Channels: Help communicate important workplace information and updates, such as facility changes, policy updates, or upcoming events, to employees.
- Assist with office build-out, construction projects, and office relocations as needed.

We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $62,900 - $83,900, and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
