Highlights

Act as Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for F-1 and J-1 immigration compliance and reporting.

Manage new and returning student registration processes, resolve alerts in SEVIS and Sunapsis, and perform database maintenance.

Run queries using SIS and Sunapsis to support data compliance and institutional reporting.

Maintain and update electronic business services, including Sunapsis email texts and user access.

Provide training and technical support to Office of International Services (OIS) staff on SEVIS and Sunapsis functions.

Must be proficient with MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel, university information systems, and knowledgeable of FERPA regulations.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, experience with Sunapsis, knowledge of programming and SQL, and familiarity with SEVP, F-1 and J visa requirements.
