Job Summary
Work with SNAP E&T participants enrolled in, or seeking enrollment, in: 1) KCTCS certificate, diploma, and Associate of Applied Science credential programs; 2) Kentucky Adult Education certificate or diploma programs; or 3) KCTCS non-academic Workforce Solution short term training programs. The position will monitor specific grant funder software to process referrals and update the progress of participants, provide academic and career guidance, and report outcomes to the grant funder. The position will be responsible for deciphering the multiple types of SNAP E&T participants, grant funder participant requirements, and working with other grant funder contractors to report participation.

Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions. This position is partially grant funded. Contract currently ends 09/30/2027, but may be extended based on program performance and available funding.

KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time
Job Duties:Monitor grant funder's online referral system to initiate contact with potential participants and work towards enrollment in KCTCS or Kentucky Adult Education in grant funder approved programs. Work with all KCTCS institutions and all Kentucky Adult Education sites towards this goal.

Update grant funder and KCTCS systems with required data, participation and case notes.

Regularly reach out to participants to review any barriers to enrollment, successfully completing coursework/trainings, and meeting SNAP E&T requirements. This includes having or building knowledge of KCTCS and grant funder policies and program requirements.

Assist KCTCS leadership in working with the grant funder and other community partners to discuss ways to improve processes and increase coordination and collaboration between agencies.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's in Social Work, Education, or related field and 2 years experience working with target population.
Additional Skills Requested:Associate's Degree in Human Services, Education, or related field.
