The Social Media Specialist supports the execution of established social media programs across designated platforms and verticals. Consistency and adherence to process are key for this role. We are looking for a highly creative, product-driven Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes modern social platforms. This role is not about posting templates, it’s about building stories, creating viral moments, and turning products into shareable content.

 You will own the end-to-end content lifecycle from idea to script to final video/graphic using cutting-edge AI tools and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate original content ideas grounded in product features, user pain points, and brand positioning
  • Write your own scripts, hooks, captions, and storyboards for short-form and long-form content
  • Create high-quality graphics and videos using modern AI and creative tools
  • Produce viral, trend-aware, and highly shareable content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook & LinkedIn)
  • Turn complex products into simple, engaging, scroll-stopping narratives
  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform algorithms
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve content based on performance data
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to align messaging

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required; master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience creating social media content for brands or products
  • Proven ability to create viral videos and high-engagement posts
  • Strong conceptual thinking, you can start with a product and turn it into a compelling story
  • Excellent script writing and storytelling skills
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, hooks, retention, and shareability
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation (graphics, video, voice, editing, automation)
  • Comfortable being both creative and analytical
