From accurately analyzing and troubleshooting, to diagnosing and resolving software or system issues, this team offers world-class technical support with a strong focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Description

The Software Engineering team is a group of full stack developers who design, develop, and maintain our products, tools, and infrastructure.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • Developing assessment loading import tools using a combination of JavaScript, JSON, SQL and Python
  • Troubleshooting issues with the data import tools
  • Performing code reviews and other QA checks and audits to ensure that code is high quality, efficient and meets coding standards
  • Working with a variety of legacy and new code and tools
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the evolution of our assessment import process and software tools for the Analytics and Insights product, working with cross functional teams
  • Load customer data and interact with customers to address questions as required
  • Document code, work process, and contribute to the planning and documentation of new software tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years experience with JavaScript, JSON, SQL
  • At least 2 years experience working as a client facing resource in a software development role 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work U.S. aligned work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of database design and query optimization
