The Software Quality Analyst performs complex validation analysis to ensure that software products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. This includes executing customized validation solutions for the organization’s complex contractual client services deliverables. It also includes reviewing methods and procedures for applicability on new assignments. The ideal candidate should be able to work well in a team environment with limited instruction and demonstrate good judgment in implementing methods and techniques for obtaining results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Use SAS as a primary software tool to validate contractual production deliverables
  • Effectively query, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data
  • Work in a multi-tasking team environment using strong validation and communication skills
  • Report progress on problems and resolutions to management
  • Devise improvements to current procedures
  • Perform workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements

Preferred requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a software validation role
  • Experience using SAS
  • Effectively query, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data
  • Work in a multi-tasking team environment using strong validation and communication skills
  • Proficient in both MS Office 365 and Google suite of products
