Job description
Role Summary
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Software Training Manager to lead the transformation of our training strategy—from traditional, instructor-led formats to scalable, modern, and impactful learning experiences. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of training programs that serve both our external customers and internal teams where possible.
You will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing support friction by delivering education that meets learners where they are—whether through asynchronous journeys, on-demand resources, or ad hoc strategic engagements.
Success in this role requires a strong grasp of how adults learn in today’s fast-paced, digital-first environment. You’ll innovate in how training content is created, delivered, and maintained—using data, automation, and intuitive design to reduce maintenance and boost long-term engagement.
You’ll be empowered to launch initiatives such as “train-the-trainer” models, content deflection tools, and SMB-scaled programs that scale knowledge efficiently while keeping the learner’s experience front and center.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who is as comfortable building systems as they are delivering polished content, and who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
