This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, corporate strategy and customer value, where you'll help define how our solutions are positioned and brought to market. As a Solutions Marketing Manager, you'll turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with higher education buyers globally. You'll play a key role in enabling go-to-market success by connecting our solutions to real customer challenges and outcomes. Where You Will Make an Impact Develop and refine solution-level positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in a competitive SaaS landscapePartner closely with product, corporate strategy, marketing, sales, and customer teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer needs and business prioritiesCreate high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, value frameworks, solution sheets) that help move deals forwardSupport go-to-market execution for key solution launches, ensuring strong internal alignment and clear external messagingTranslate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing recommendationsLeverage AI-powered tools and insights to enhance messaging development, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and go-to-market efficiencyPartner with campaign, field, customer impact, and digital marketing teams to support pipeline growth through targeted, outcome-driven messagingContribute to how we package and bring solutions to marketWhat You Will Bring 3+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing within a B2B SaaS companyProven ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-centric messagingStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teamsExperience developing sales enablement assets that drive measurable business impactAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage market and customer insights to inform decisionsExcellent communication and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiencesProficiency using AI-enabled marketing and productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Jasper, or similar) to support research, content development, messaging refinement, and workflow efficiencySelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to internal stakeholders, customers, and executive audiencesAbility and willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, industry events, and internal team collaborationExtra Credit Experience marketing multi-product or platform-based solutionsFamiliarity with enterprise sales cycles and buyer personasBackground in higher education, ERP, or similar industriesExperience working in global marketsFamiliarity with AI-driven marketing strategies, personalization, or generative AI applications within B2B SaaS marketing
