Sr. AI & Automation Administrator Full Description

We are seeking an AI and Automation Administrator to join our IT team to own and deliver end-to-end automation initiatives that accelerate the adoption of intelligent automation across our back-office functions. This role will champion the use of AI platforms like ChatGPT and integration/automation tools such as Workato and Zapier to design and deploy impactful solutions that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and increase business agility. The ideal candidate will have strong project ownership, strategic decision-making abilities, the influence to drive change across cross-functional teams, and passion for enabling teams through innovative, secure technology.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap of initiatives
  • Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows in Workato, custom GPTs
  • Partner with application teams, enterprise architecture and security  to ensure AI and automation tools comply with security standards, policies, and technical guidelines
  • Support the change management, communication, training as needed to enable our users
  • Define and track KPIs to measure automation impact and success
  • Act as an internal coach, helping teams build fluency and confidence with AI and automation

What You Should Have: 
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, business systems, or automation-focused roles 
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and AI tools 
  • Strong understanding of business process design and back-office functions  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • A passion for simplifying work, scaling impact, and driving innovation through technology

Nice to Haves: 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM & CPQ

The pay range for this position is $99,900 to $149,900 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
