This role offers an exceptional opportunity to help shape and accelerate ETS’s transformation during a pivotal period of growth and innovation. As Sr. Manager, you’ll play a critical part in designing, launching, and optimizing management and leadership development programs that enable an AI-enabled, future-ready talent pipeline. You’ll also be critically involved in efforts to modernize talent review and succession planning, ensuring our approaches are data-driven, skills-centric, and aligned with the demands of an AI-powered workforce. By embedding skills-first methods and leveraging advanced assessment tools, your work will empower leaders at all levels across our global organization.

Responsibilities:
Drive Management & Leadership Development Framework & Programs:
Deliver and continuously enhance a multi-level management and leadership development framework that serves managers, emerging leaders, high-potential talent, and senior executives. Activate programs that reflect ETS’s progression toward an AI-powered, skills-based organization, embedding robust coaching, mentorship, and experiential learning such as rotational assignments and cross-functional projects tailored to key leadership moments and personalized leader needs. Integrate smart assessment tools to pinpoint skill and capability gaps, enabling highly personalized learning journeys that fast-track growth and readiness. Your work will ensure ETS’s leaders are equipped to succeed in a high-performance, future-focused, and mission-driven environment.

Modernize Talent Assessment, Review & Succession Practices
Steer the strategic redesign and execution of ETS’s talent review and succession planning processes, transitioning from traditional methods to a dynamic, skills-centric framework. Integrate comprehensive skill assessments and analytics to ensure talent decisions are objective, equitable, and aligned with future capabilities. Establish processes to proactively identify emerging talent and high-potential employees, while fostering a culture where leaders continuously prioritize and actively engage in developing their teams. Cultivate a diverse, agile, and robust leadership pipeline, ensuring ETS has the right talent positioned effectively to advance its strategic transformation and drive organizational growth.
