  • Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience, or a master’s with 3 years, with a strong background in employer engagement and recruiting operations.
  • Experience with career management systems like Handshake, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is required.
  • Budgeted starting salary range: $78,020 - $80,000 with benefits including medical, dental, retirement plans, and educational benefits.
