Shift  | Monday – Friday, Day Shift; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). May have seasonal additional evening and/or weekend hours based on work volume.
Job Summary  | The College of Medicine Dean’s Office Office is currently seeking a Staff Associate Senior to serve as a critical member of the Office of Visitor Information Services (OVIS) team.

This position will report to the OVIS Director and will provide centralized support for recruitment and onboarding of international employees including a significant degree of support for college visa and immigration processes. This position will work with closely with faculty, staff, and leadership within the college and will partner regularly with International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) within UK’s International Center. Will also work closely with internal and external immigration attorneys to facilitate work authorization and permanent residency processes.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and enjoy working in a complex and fast-paced work environment. Must possess exceptional customer service skills as well as strong written and verbal communication.

This position will be fully remote.
