Courseraâs Product Management team drives our mission of providing universal access to world-class learning and skills development. Senior and Staff PMs lead high-impact product initiatives, balancing strategic vision with hands-on problem solving to create integrated learner, partner, and enterprise-level experiences. They partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions in an evolving, AI-driven education landscape.
Job Overview:As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Courseraâs product vision for SME Business, delivering exceptional learner and customer experiences, and driving measurable business impact. You will operate at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, navigating ambiguity while influencing cross-functional teams.
