Description
Are you passionate about Education as it relates to curriculum and excited to be part of a global EdTech company? Faria Education Group is seeking a full-time Standards and Services Specialist to join our dynamic Services Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting client-facing data service projects across Faria’s suite of education platforms. You’ll be involved in large-scale curriculum migration initiatives, contribute to the standardization and alignment of educational data, and help drive continuous improvements in our services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an education background looking to gain hands-on experience in data entry, quality control, and educational data management while working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You'll work closely with internal teams, gaining exposure to large datasets, data integrity, and supporting our internal standards database and Curriculum Migration projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot client challenges with thoughtful and tailored solutions.
  • Data Entry: Input and structure large sets of curriculum data for client migrations into Faria’s platforms.
  • Data Alignment: Support the standardization and alignment of curriculum and standards data across platforms and services.
  • Data Maintenance: Ensure high data quality through consistency checks, formatting, and timely updates.
  • Database Updates: Help maintain and update Faria’s internal Standards Database used across multiple products.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: You will be client-facing to help support internal teams (Support, Deployment, Implementation, Sales, etc.) to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (e.g., Education, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Web Design).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Proficient or willing to learn business tools like Salesforce, ZenDesk, Zoom, Slack, ClickUp, Google Suite, etc.
  • Strong English Language Skills

Preferred but not required:
  • Background in education, edTech or SaaS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or best practices to improve data workflows.
  • Previous experience handling structured data or working with databases.
