STEPS Program Coordinator Full Description

The STEPS Program Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and student engagement support for the Lewis Honors College Honors Pathway Programs. This position is responsible for coordinating student leadership initiatives, co-curricular programming, admissions processes, and program assessment while ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of pathway activities.
Responsibilities

  • Support admissions processes and program assessment for pathway programs.

  • Deliver educational experiences supporting leadership development and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Two (2) years of related experience in higher education, student affairs, program coordination, event planning, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and student information systems.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour. Part-Time, Temporary position in Lexington, KY.
