Location Requirements: This role is remote and is based in the Eastern Time Zone.
Your role on the team:
The Strategic Advisor is a trusted partner and thought leader within our Client Services organization, with deep expertise in Human Capital Management, Business Operations, or Student Management solutions. More than a subject-matter expert, this individual serves as a strategic advisor to our customers—helping district leaders shape their people strategies, align technology to business objectives, and realize measurable value from Frontline solutions.
In this role, you will establish and grow executive-level relationships, advise on long-term HCM strategies, and provide insight-driven guidance that connects Frontline solutions to client outcomes. Acting as a bridge between clients and Frontline, you will ensure customer perspectives inform our product strategy while also guiding districts through change and transformation initiatives.
You will represent Frontline as a thought leader—participating in webinars, industry events, and executive briefings—while collaborating internally across sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams to advance client success and Frontline’s broader strategy.
You can expect to:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to district leaders, aligning Frontline solutions with HCM strategies and organizational priorities.
- As part of your advisory responsibilities, you will deliver value through tiered subscription models designed to align with the varying needs of districts.
- Lead strategic planning sessions, roadmap development, and business case creation to drive measurable client outcomes.
- Deliver executive briefings, workshops, and advisory sessions based on the selected service subscription model.
- Guide customers through change management, adoption strategies, and optimization initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and thought leadership that connect technology outputs with district-level impact.
- Act as a voice of the customer internally, shaping product development and solution strategy.
- Represent Frontline at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership forums.
What you bring to the role:
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor, guiding senior leaders on aligning technology with business strategy.
- Proven success in strategic account management, consulting, or advisory services with measurable client outcomes.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Strong organizational and influencing skills to drive alignment across client and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in complex, autonomous environments.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to distill technical and business concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in change management, adoption strategies, and enablement to ensure solution success.
- Background in K–12 education and/or Frontline solutions is highly preferred.
This role requires (must-haves):
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Education, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, GIS, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in technology implementation, strategic consulting, or K–12 HR leadership.
- Demonstrated success advising large, complex clients and driving measurable outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Strategic mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Operates with client satisfaction in mind.
- Energy, enthusiasm and results-oriented.
- Ability to travel occasionally with limited notice, approx. 20% of the time.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role includes a bonus, personalized PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and much more!
