Strategic Client Value Partner
Location Requirements: This position is Hybrid to Wayne or Naperville. Remote candidates will be considered. The role will work hours based on the Eastern Time Zone. Up to 25% travel for onsite executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and industry events.
Your role on the team:
Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of K12 districtwide customers across every Frontline Education pillar. Your mission: drive measurable customer value and visible value realization that naturally generates demand—protecting recurring revenue, accelerating product adoption, and expanding Frontline’s footprint.
You can expect to:
- Coauthor multiyear outcome roadmaps with district executive sponsors, aligning Frontline solutions to instructional, operational, and fiscal goals.
- Facilitate Quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to quantify realized ROI, showcase value realization, introduce new capabilities, and surface expansion opportunities.
- Orchestrate adoption and value realization plans with Gainsight journeys, in app guidance, and targeted enablement; translate usage analytics into tailored next steps.
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) targets by mitigating churn risk, executing renewal strategy, and accurately forecasting retention.
- Generate qualified expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on whitespace analysis and account plans—driving Expansion ARR.
- Cultivate multithreaded relationships that convert champions into references, case studies, and NPS promoters.
- Present actionable insights via Power BI dashboards; advocate customer needs to Product, Marketing, and Engineering through Aha!.
- Lead value realization workshops and publish executive summaries that quantify the impact of Frontline solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives—playbook refinement, process documentation, and internal enablement.
- Pursue and maintain Frontline product training certifications annually; completion of all assigned certifications within designated timeframes is expected.
- Deliver Live Purposeful Engagements (LPEs) according to playbook cadence and consistently achieve or exceed client engagement score targets.
- Ensure impeccable data integrity and hygiene by documenting client interactions, health scores, and action plans in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk in real time.
What you bring to the role:
- Growth mindset, bias for action, and passion for improving K12 outcomes.
- Confluence & JIRA familiarity a plus.
- Data storytelling acumen—able to distill dashboards into compelling executive narratives.
- Skilled facilitator comfortable engaging superintendents, CFOs, and school boards virtually and in person.

This role requires:
- 5+ years in K12 edtech, SaaS customer success, or Frontline product implementation.
- Proven track record of exceeding retention, growth, and value realization goals within large, complex district accounts.
- Mastery of Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, CPQ, NetSuite, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- Consultative negotiation, value engineering, and ROI modeling expertise.
- Up to 25% travel for onsite executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and industry events.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role includes a bonus, personalized PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and much more!
