Job Summary The Executive Director of Enterprise CRM & Marketing Cloud Strategy serves as the chief architect and strategist for the university’s Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud ecosystem, leading the enterprise-wide vision, governance, and optimization of these platforms. This role ensures seamless engagement across academic programs, philanthropy, alumni relations, human resources, and emerging applications in UK HealthCare.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, in consultation and collaboration with the Chief Information Officer, this position works to ensure Salesforce and Marketing Cloud drive personalized engagement, automation, and data-driven marketing and brand strategy. The product set owned by this position will include but is not limited to Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Heroku and other Salesforce products.
Additionally, the Director serves as a key strategic advisor to the CMO, providing insight on how CRM and automation strategies can enhance the university’s brand positioning, audience engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
This position also leads a team of CRM and Marketing Cloud administrators, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption, training, and optimization of the platforms. As the team leading enterprise adoption, serve as liaison and resource between CMO and other owners of CRM-like platforms.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud knowledge, including CRM governance and cross-functional adoption. Leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Education/Experience | MA plus six years experience in Communication and Technology, Higher Education Administration or related field.
