Who We’re Looking For: 
We are looking for a driven Strategic Operations Manager, focused on leading key go-to-market strategy, product operations, and business operations initiatives as part of ParentSquare’s finance team. The finance team is a cross-functional team that partners with senior leaders across the company, focusing on high-impact strategic projects and analysis.

In this role, you’ll act as a right-hand to the CFO and will report to the Director of Strategic Operations. The leadership team has a track record at top-tier firms like Morgan Stanley and McKinsey. You are someone who is a high-caliber professional who can manage complex cross-functional initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies across the organization. You’ll lead projects, work hand-in-hand with leadership and act on the most challenging strategic and operational questions impacting our business.

Example Responsibilities:
  • Product Operations & Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Change User Behavior: Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify and implement opportunities to drive user behavior changes such as reducing overcommunication and increasing app adoption 
    • Drive Pricing & Packaging: Own the development and execution of a pricing and packaging strategy aligned with ParentSquare’s business objectives, based on factors such as historical pricing, customer behavior, market conditions, and competitive landscape 
  • Business Operations
    • Drive Operational Excellence: Identify, prioritize and implement high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability across the organization
    • Improve Data Landscape: Lead data clean-up / enrichment initiatives to ensure our data is clean, reliable, and supports future business needs and decision-making
    • Execute Strategic Initiatives: Work with the Finance organization to implement and scale other high-priority initiatives across the organization

Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, such as management consulting, investment banking, or business operations / strategy role at a tech company 
  • A strong quantitative and analytical toolkit, with proficiency in financial modeling / data analysis, and working directly with data science teams 
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in stand-alone capacity, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results to diverse audiences
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for driving results and a high degree of ownership
