Job Summary 
The College of Law registrar is responsible for entering and maintaining student data in SAP for the college, as well as maintaining and managing the academic records for enrolled and graduated students of the college.

The position enters data to prepare for course registration and performs on-line registration and add/drop for all students. In addition, the registrar reviews each academic record for graduation requirements and academic standing and reports to appropriate College and University personnel, advises students regarding graduation requirements and registration procedures, and communicates information to and with students.

The registrar also prepares reports as required in SAP on student data following FERPA and works with the University registrar office on tuition assessment.
