Department Overview: | The Recreation and Wellness department's mission is to move Badgers to play hard, get fit, and live well. Our Vision is to build a movement of healthy habits through inclusion, education, innovation, and connection. The Data Analyst will be a member of the Assessment Committee of Rec Well. The Assessment Committee is made up of Rec Well professionals who have the responsibility to implement, analyze, and communicate the results of internal and external surveys for Rec Well. This position will report to a Chair within the Assessment Committee and its three Sub-committees. |

Qualifications: | - Strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel. - Proven ability to analyze, structure, and present large data sets with clarity. - Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: | - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. |
Position Summary/Job Duties: | - Survey Design. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and administer surveys related to Rec Well programs, student experiences, and institutional effectiveness. |
