Job Summary  | Under the supervision of the Living Learning Communities (LLC) Assistant Director, provide program assistance to assigned communities. Duties include: developing and facilitating evening, weekend, in-person, and virtual programs; developing and maintaining faculty partnerships; facilitating marketing initiatives including social media; assisting in assessment; conducting academic intervention; managing application process; and tracking course enrollment.
Minimum Education and Experience  | Bachelor’s Degree.
One (1) or more years related work experience.
An equivalent level of education and/or experience is acceptable.
Preferred Education and Experience  | Master’s degree with 3-5 years experience in Residential Life or Living Learning in a university setting Experience with student management, assessment and database management, training, faculty relationship building, social media management, video and photo editing, StarRez, and Orion.
Other Qualifications  | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.

Remote Work Notice:
After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval.
