Job Summary
The ideal candidate for this position will provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff. As a processing specialist for the Office of the Registrar, the employee will perform a range of student records and enrollment operations.

Job Duties:
• Process and maintain student records, including transcript requests, test credits, student program changes, schedule changes, and related academic documentation.
• Assist with the evaluation, organization, and updating of digital student records using established records management systems.
• Support the Registrar in conducting graduation audits to verify student completion of credential requirements.
• Participate in planning and coordinating graduation ceremonies, including logistics, communications, and documentation preparation.
• Implement efficient processing methods to streamline workflow and improve the accuracy and timeliness of record updates.
• Respond to inquiries related to enrollment, academic records, and institutional policies in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FERPA and institutional policies governing student records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support enrollment management and academic processes.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support office operations and Registrar initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:Associate degree (related field) and one-year related work experience or equivalent. Must possess excellent organizational and customer service skills and be current with technology and computer skills. PeopleSoft database experience preferred.
