Brief Statement of Duties
Participate in the continual improvement of services provided by the Student Service Center. Manage the student withdrawal Title IV financial aid process, coordinate the student account billing, and the overage (refund) processes.
Position Details
Continuing, full-time position, traditionally Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional evening and weekend work required. No travel required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required
- Knowledge of or ability to research Federal Title IV regulation and guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to assess customer needs and independently act to provide solutions
- Ability to resolve complex issues or concerns for both internal and external constituents
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree and three years of progressive work experience in an office setting, including customer service and office procedures.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Associate’s degree in General Business/Management.
Compensation
Targeted salary range: $48,560–$52,200. This position is not currently available for sponsorship.
