| Description of Work | The Student Services Manager provides direct leadership and oversight to the facilitation and management of front desk operations within the residence halls and Nebraska Unions. This position is charged with creating a strong customer experience for students, families, guests and staff who interact with our front desk locations. As the Student Services Manager you will:
The 24-hour nature of campus life, specifically within the residence halls, means that holiday, night and weekend commitments are necessary at times. This is a position that involves a great deal of time moving between several managed locations and a comfort with creating casual conversations to make the best experience for our staff and the constituencies they serve.
