Highlights

Provide comprehensive administrative and programmatic support for basic science and clinical training programs.
Serve as educational program administrator for the Pathobiology and Translational Science Ph.D. Graduate Studies Program.
Ensure compliance with Graduate School policies, training requirements, and University regulations.
Support academic progression and overall student experience for more than 60 trainees including Ph.D. students and Postdoctoral Fellows.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administration of clinical fellowship training programs involving around 31 clinical trainees.
Utilize knowledge of graduate, undergraduate, and postdoctoral education programs.
Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience from accredited institutions.
Pay range: $43,941 - $53,705 annually, Salary Grade NC07 / GN07.
Position type: Full-Time Permanent Staff (SHRA), 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Department serves both Basic Science and Clinical faculty and trainees, uniquely housing a Ph.D. Graduate Program and an M.D. Residency Program.
