Highlights

Manage day-to-day administration of Neurology fellowship and training programs accredited by ACGME.
Coordinate medical student rotations, fellowship programs, trainee purchases, and travel through Concur.
Assist Program Directors in recruitment, application screening, selection, and maintaining program accreditation.
Serve as liaison among Program Directors, coordinators, trainees, GME Office, and other departments.
Develop and implement educational programs, events, and conferences; manage trainee rotation, clinic, and call schedules.
Collect and process feedback on trainee performance and faculty teaching.
Require proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Concur (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience; recent administrative experience in academia or healthcare.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with strong time management.
Salary range: $40,165 - $55,000 annually; full-time permanent position with occasional evening and weekend work.
