Student Social Media & Creative Assistant (Flexible!) Full Description

Department Overview:

Kate Goodwin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Journalism who cut her teeth pitching men’s boxer briefs to hundreds of editors (yes, really). With nine years in PR and brand storytelling, she’s launched 50+ stores for a national retailer, garnered millions of media impressions, and said yes to just about every stunt imaginable in the name of content—lugeing, lumberjacking, and even a Lambeau Leap. These days, she lives in the rural Midwest, juggling a thriving vegetable garden, feral-but-happy kids, a grouchy guard dog, and a bourbon collection she’s always willing to share.

When she’s not wrangling plants or small humans, Kate runs @katewroteabook on Bookstagram, where she encourages moms to reconnect with their creative selves, recommends great reads, and brings humor and heart to the chaos of author life.
