Highlights

  • Lead administration and coordination of the Undergraduate Scholarship Program.

  • Develop and enhance scholarship procedures, review eligibility, and resolve funding issues.

  • Provide operational support to the Assistant Dean for Student Success including scheduling and event coordination.

  • Collaborate with Financial Aid, Advancement, academic departments, and campus colleagues to ensure effective scholarship processes.

  • Coordinate undergraduate student employment processes such as PEP and Federal Work-Study opportunities.

  • Use scholarship and student support technologies, including a preference for familiarity with PackAssist and financial aid systems.

  • Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Preferred experience in scholarship administration, student success initiatives, educational programming, or teacher education support.

  • Valid driver’s license required with a North Carolina Driver’s License to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

  • Anticipated salary range is $52,000 - $57,000 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and wellness programs.
