 Position Details 
Advertising/Posting Title  | Study Abroad and Student Success Advisor
Posting Summary  | Provide academic advising for first-year and sophomore Grossman School of Business (GSB) students, in addition to other undergraduate business students. Advise GSB students about Study Abroad and serve as primary contact for international exchange students enrolling in GSB courses. Coordinate GSB Orientation and student onboarding initiatives. Facilitate the transfer credit review process for business courses. Collaborate with GSB Center for Student Success (CSS) team members to participate in initiatives that support recruitment, retention, advising, and career outcomes for all business majors and minors.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Bachelor’s degree and two to four years’ related experience required. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail required. Experience working with diverse populations required.

Desirable Qualifications  | Background in college student personnel highly desirable. Experience and knowledge of student information systems and advising platforms highly desirable. Understanding of high-impact practices and study abroad desirable.
Anticipated Pay Range  | 55,000-60,000
